Job Description Agile professionals provide expertise on agile methodologies and techniques, adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems, understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals, use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. Will interact with peers and/or senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture., Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. Manage teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Basic Qualifications 5+ years of Digital technologies 5+ years of Agile experience 3-5 years of Scrum Master experience SaFe or LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) Experience is a huge plus Ability to meet travel requirements Preferred Skills Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum of Scrums / Complex ecosystem Agile tooling suite background (i.e. Jira and Confluence, Rally, Agile Central) Driven and proactive Great communications skills Good facilitation skills Experience working with distributed Agile teams Continuous improvement & team maturity Professional Skills Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
