DubaiTemporaryResponsibilities: Facilitate daily SCRUM, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings. Enforce correct use of SCRUM process. Expert in estimation and planning. Provide training to employees on the SCRUM process & tools (JIRA & Confluence) usage. Required Skills: Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban. Expert in JIRA and Confluence Tools usage (Mandatory requirement). JIRA & Confluence Administration experience is an added advantage. 2-5 year experience in Banking Industry, with experience of leading SCRUM teams of various sizes. Knowledge of agile software development.
