Abu DhabiContract, PermanentAED2,000 - AED5,000 a monthApply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.Provide personal administrative support. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.Summary of essential job functionsAnswer phone calls-Emails/ relay messagesSchedule appointments and track calendarsSchedule travel arrangementsUse Quick books/ tracking and accounting of business financials and billingOrganize and file documentationWork with and submit complete corporate financial records for FTASubmit and receive document billing/application and filing for business transactionsAnswer simple inquiries related to business workings and project premisePerform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.File and complete documentation for employee status with State, Local and Gov. departmentsReceive and mail packages and lettersTrack and follow up on paymentsBe a cheerful representative of the company and relay a helpful and accommodating environmentOther duties as assigned.Minimum requirementsDiploma in accountingKnowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principle Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software application Duties requires professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 60 wpm.
