Job Description:

DubaiContractAED15,000 - AED16,000 a monthRole & Responsiblity You will Design, develop, and configure APIs and policies using Apigee Design Apigee flows based on API spec Socialize and collaborate API spec across teams Define REST API/JSON specification Document the APIs integration documents and business processes. Lead the Development process, troubleshooting issues, and conduct testing Define test cases for API and Perform the testing Participate in the applications and mobile app design workshops and understand user flows anddata consumption requirements. Coordinate effort across teams to identify and define API needs driven by mobile appconsumption. Monitor the Integration Platform for predictive issues and proactively work to avoid incidents. Support and train the L1 & L2 team. Responsible to support the Operations and resolve the errors and issues with in the SLAs. Coordinate with Different connected systems owners to resolve the integration issues. Tuning of the platform and APIs to ensure the optimal performance as the system grows. Add new functions into the APIs taking into consideration schedule, resource constraints, processcomplexity, dependencies, assumptions and application structure as and when needed. Review the API design and ensure the best practices are followed in terms of performance,security and architecture. Periodic platform review and identify the breach of security and data protection. Maintain the Security of the API platform as per the MAF IT security policies Maintain the APIs on an on-going basis, Control the Production system changes and release. Formulate concepts, define system scope and technical objectives based for the newrequirements. Conduct and facilitate knowledge sharing and learning sessions across the team.Skill SetREST and SOAP API Design, Apigee Platform, and API Management.- NodeJS, Java , SQL, .net experience- experience in cloud, hybrid and mobile solution scenarios.- Experience in designing and developing APIs and Restful services.- Experience with web security best practices and standards.- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases e.g. MongoDB, etc.- Deep knowledge in application integration design patterns.- Familiar with DevOps processes e.g. continuous integration, etcMinimum experience Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Engineeringor related field of study At least 8+ years of experience in the API development and management. At least 3 years of hands on experience in REST/SOA API design, and at least 2 years’experience in the APIGEE API platform. Strong understanding of Integration Patterns and design principles and API security andpolicies. Experience in development of REST, SOAP and microservices Experience in APIGEE and at least one of the industry leading API platforms Experience in messaging products & design patterns like Queues, Events etc. Experience with AMQP, MQ and JMS Queue Protocols and technologies Experience with HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, JDBC technologies Experience with databases & SQL Experience providing Production Support or equivalent Expertise in Spring Batch, Spring Integration, java and Groovy Scripting Strong team player, able to work well with a diverse team Detail-oriented, well organized, able to work independently, and good communicationskills.Job Type: ContractSalary: AED15,000.00 to AED16,000.00 /monthExperience:API development and management.: 8 years (Preferred)Location:Dubai (Preferred)
