DubaiEuropean Garage is looking for an experienced Service Adviser.Key Responsibilities:- provide advise to customers- ability to conduct computer diagnostic and read the reports- assign the jobs to technicians, team supervision- examine the status of each job and the quality- good knowledge of the spare parts market- conduct pre-delivery inspection and testing- constant communication with the customers- prepare daily reports as required- overall garage supervision and managementRequirements:- High performer- Degree in Automotive technology or related field- Excellent Technical knowledge for car service and repair- Good organizational and procurement skills- Good computer skills- Fluent English- UAE driving licensePackage: Basic + Target Incentives, medical insurance + standard terms as per MOL guidilinesJob Type: Full-timeExperience:service advisor: 3 years (Preferred)License:UAE driving (Preferred)
