Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Responsible for achievement of agreed upon yearly sales target figures & performance goals / objective. • Maintain & develop a portfolio of existing and new client account to ensure renewals and maximize profitability through daily account management • Interact on regular basis with reporting line manager as well as underwriters on areas for improvement and implementation of action plans to drive direct sales and increase service performance level • Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to enquiry and concerns from clients. Working to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demands • Collection of all premiums from client within the agreed / approved credit period. • Develop own personal strategy for soliciting leads and implement the same in order to ensure new accounts & achieve pre assigned sales target figure. • Contribute in enhancing company’s professional image in UAE Market. Dubai -PermanentA major player in the legal industry with a highly active marketing and business development function is looking for an enthusiastic and creative videographer to produce a range of informative and innovative videos in-line with the Firm’s digital strategy. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years’ experience in executing high quality videos with the ability to deliver a range of visual content that will showcase the Firm’s capabilities in a dynamic way. Work on a daily basis with the Digital and Brand Manager to manage and execute the video production requirements across 9 jurisdictions. Types of videos include by are not limited to: informational / talking head videos, a day in a life motion videos, corporate / office videos, event footage, social shorts, videos with typography, info-graphics and animation. Skills and experience Proficiency in shooting videos with excellent camera skills. Uses appropriate lighting and equipment depending on the environment and set-up. The ability to think outside of the box and suggest creative and innovative ideas for capturing visual content. A skill in visualising and shooting concepts effectively. A good understanding of key social media channels with the ability to create social shorts and footage fit for purpose. Solid understanding of social media creative trends. Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of video editing software programs, such as Adobe, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop. The ability to edit footage to a high standard ensuring the correct messaging is portrayed and the footage is to a high quality. Skilled in colour correction, compression, music selection and application. Create informative and accurate video briefs that ensure the key details are outlined i.e. logistics, the format and style, the objectives and key messages. Manage all of the logistics, operations and elements related to video production Ensure all aspects of the video production are efficiently executed – pre and post production. Populate and manage the filming schedule ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. Advise on best practice and style for capturing specific content and messages. Attend all video shoots as one of the key points of contact to ensure all aspects of the filming runs smoothly from start to finish. Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to work with a range of stakeholders, ensuring that they have a clear direction and feel comfortable in front of the camera, Excellent time management and the ability to work within tight deadlines / turnaround high quality work. Good verbal communication skills and the ability to give clear direction and briefs. Photography skills – experienced in taking professional photos i.e. head shots, action shots at events etc. Maintain a strong relationship with external stakeholders i.e. other video production teams across the region. Able to assist with storyboard creation and scripts when needed. The ability to be flexible and travel when required.
