Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Coordinate with professionals and specialists to help judge risk assessment • Oversees insurance claims for personal, property, or casualty loss based on coverage, appraisal, and verifiable damage. • Ensures complete and sound claim settlements, legal reviews and investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Responsible for leading and directing a team of claims technicians/ brokers Job Requirements and Qualifications : • At least 10 years management experience with 5+ years claims management • Advanced knowledge of insurance industry and claims processes • Broad working knowledge of Claims classes and service requirements • Experience of managing Claims teams across UAE • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in English must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
