Agile methodologies will be at the core of this position, and candidates must hold the SAFe certification and have experience of working in a Scaled Agile Environment. Experience as a Scrum Master is also necessary as an upcoming project will require you to lead a Scrum team of up to 16 people. A background of working on Data Science / other data related projects within a Data Analytical IT environment is going to be useful. Key Skills / Requirements / Responsibilities Must be SAFe Certified with experience working in Scaled Agile EnvironmentsShould hold PMP / PRINCE2 or other Project/Program Management CertificationAt least 8 years of Project Management ExperienceA history of working within Data Analytical IT Environments on Data Related ProjectsIdeally has worked on Data Science projectsPrevious experience as a Scrum Master is essential (will be leading a Scrum Team)Extensive use and understanding of Agile Methodologies (SAFE, Scrum, Lean, etc.)Change Implementation Planning and ManagementExperience managing large-scale end-to-end business IT projects / programsHighly Competent in Project Risk and Issues IdentificationExcellent stakeholder management up to VP level (Strong influence, vendor management, planning, communication skills)Experience delivering projects in large companies / matrix organisations with a multi-cultural environment.
