We require someone who has a good knowledge of the Tally software. Responsibilities Carry out responsibilities in accordance with established organizational policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws. Prepare packing list, enquiries, Prepare standard quotations for appropriate sales person. Provide Sales (delivery, documentation, shipping, etc.) details to the required person. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. Assist issues or questions regarding customer RFQs and Sales Orders when needed Job Requirements Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus; Excellent knowledge of MS Office Proficiency in English Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with a high level of dedication Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Good knowledge in accounting software (preferably Tally) Other benefits Medical Insurance Flight Tickets once in every two years Please note we prefer female candidates.
