You will use a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effect to help people and businesses get their messages across in ways that are memorable, effective, and aesthetically pleasing. This is a deadline-intensive career, so the candidate is expected to be extremely time efficient when handling a project.Core TasksDesign web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, proposals, project, campaigns, and other communication materials.Edit photos or videos using different software such in Adobe Creative Suite.Revising a design brief so it fits a client’s budget and ideas more closely.Pitching an idea of how to actualize a client’s project.Revising a design or project deliverable to meet specifications.Working as part of a team to create a larger design, or to complete a small portion of a big project.Finding other creatives like photographers, writers or illustrators for a specific project.Plans concept by studying information and materials.Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.Profile
