An excellent sales acumen and rich experience in the interior/fit out/contracting industry with strong tie-ups with consultants/contractors/designers/architects in the UAE is preferred.Main DutiesProspect, source and develop new business opportunities and forge long term, strong and value adding business relationships with consultants, architects, interior designers and contractors.Understand, identify, quantify, and prioritize market opportunities.Spearhead key strategies to generate business.Effectively manage client communication and relationship, making sure all client inquiries are attended to promptly.Ensure regular and formidable followups on existent clientele/projects.Identify and strive towards products in range and the company being specified in key accounts/projects.To liaise with the design and the execution teams throughout the process and make sure all client requirements are met.Prepare and present sales proposals and project submittals.Work closely with the project team and liaise with the client until contract handover.Work independently and collaboratively with a small team to manage projects.Perform periodic structured reporting as requested.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the assigned employee.
