Role Overview: The Job Holder carries out the role of Manager- Mobile Sales Force (MSF) UAE. Responsible to manage the team for achieving overall business AOP for MSF in terms of Sales & Revenue across all core products. This includes the growth in terms of soliciting quality NTB business & cross selling relevant products. In addition to Sales & Relationship management, the job holder provides inputs in product enhancement, performance and product strategy within the operating environment to lead & maximize profitable sales growth of business in terms of acquisition and providing superior customer experience. Duties & Responsibilities: Meeting AOP targets Develop strategies to achieve targets by efficiently managing, developing and supervising a team Embed HBME’s culture in line with business objectives and compliance requirements Ensure the team’s meets group standards of Customer service, Compliance and technical knowledge through ongoing training and accreditation Build high standards of external & internal customer service, efficiency & productivity in line with strategic & operating objectives Support other businesses- Premier, Mortgage, Mefco, Wealth and Business Development by optimizing cross-selling opportunities for RBWM business Work closely with the Business Development team in designing and building sales and distribution strategy for all AEL companies under their assigned territories and providing the team with a competitive edge Develop a Training pathway and Career progression plan for the team Ensure robust Activity management system in place in line with RIF guidelines Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points Qualifications Experience & Qualifications: University graduate with a minimum of 5 years , direct sales experience in financial services Minimum 3 proven track record as team leader/ sales manager of a direct sales team in UAE Knowledge of credit card/ personal loans product, policies and processes Proven experience in developing sales strategies and successfully implementing them Demonstrate behaviours consistent with HSBC Values Business Area Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) serves millions of customers worldwide.
