We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic candidate with excellent recruitment experience preferably from an Insurance background. Preference will be given to candidates already on a sponsorship visa. Job Profile: Resourcing and contacting potential candidates; Analyse, interpret, and fully understand the job opening/position requirements; Advertise job vacancies through different online job boards and social networking platforms. Preparation of Job Descriptions. Posting the Jobs on all the available Job Portals and other related social networking sites. Review and recommend relevant profiles by conducting initial screening. Ability to use advanced search techniques, including social networking and professional networking sites. Build and update a pipeline of talent and create a resume database. Ensure candidate engagement from offer till on-boarding. Coordinate joining formalities and completion of on-boarding process. Candidate Profile: Ability to work under pressure, multitask and self-motivate. Experience in recruitment resourcing is essential. The ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to impress top talent. Logical & analytical skills with a passion to deliver excellence. HR degree or equivalent. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
