Dubai -Part-time, ContractPosition: Trader - Quantitative/AlgorithmicLocation: Global - Remote Working (home-based)Role Summary- We are recruiting experienced quant traders with a successful trading track record in trading proprietary trading strategies.- Trading experience could be in any liquid markets/asset classes and trading styles and trading strategies.The role would involve:- designing new quantitative trading strategies- enhancing existing quantitative trading strategies- analysing the performance of deployed strategies- enhancing or building trading analytical toolsRequirements:- Deep experience in live trading- Designing, implementing, and maintaining trading strategies- Proven P&L track record is required with excellent Sharpe Ratios (not just back-test data)- Excellent Return on Capital (ROC)- Experience at a top hedge fund or prop trading desk or bank a plus- UG/PG/PhD in Computer Science/Maths/Stats/Engineering/Physics or similar disciplines from top schools, a plus- Expertise in MS-Excel/VBA, a plus- Strong programming skills in C/C++, C#, Python, Java, a plus- SQL knowledge would be beneficial- Proficiency in using Python, R, Matlab for statistical/data analysis a plusBenefits:- Exceptional financial rewards- Remuneration consists of a monthly performance bonus.
