The candidate is expected to have the following competencies and responsibilities: The Leasing Coordinator provides organizational and administrative support for the Leasing and Management staff and is responsible for all administrative activities related to property rentals, making appointments with clients / agents and preparing lease documentation in accordance with the company's established policies and procedures. Compares recent property rates to ensure competitive market price Keeps up to date on competitive real estate knowledge through attending conventions and reviewing listings Experiences with legal matters related to the leasing process Prepares formal documents such as lease agreements, notices, letters, etc. Prepares all relevant leasing reports in timely manner Personally deals with Clients, Agents, Facilities Management staff, Finance staff and the like to ensure that all terms and conditions of leasing agreement were met before closing. Requirements: 3- 5 years experience in real estate Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)

In order to facilitate the fleet growth, we need to expand our Branch office in Dubai -. We are looking for a suitable candidate to strengthen our Technical Department (TD). We offer a challenging job where the right candidate will have the primary task to fulfill all logistical and administrative services to guide our vessels at a technical level. Key responsibilities Processing of orders and deliveries; Purchase, logistics and inventory management Keep track of our vessel maintenance system (Marad); Registration and certification of the vessels and on board crew; Supporting the TD with planning, preparation, maintenance and docking of our vessels; Arrange/conduct surveys to third party vessels when necessary and closure of punch list to ensure smooth acceptance to charterer; Assist in operational duties as may be required from time to time Travel outstation as and when required Requirements 3-5 years offshore experience holding technical position on board; Shore experience; Knowledgeable with shipboard ISM/ISPS code and Marine Insurance Good communication and administrative skills; Skilled in working with Excel; Flexibility regarding working hours; Hands-on mentality; Stress resistant; Fluent in spoken and written English, if English is not the native language; In possession of a driver’s license is a must.
