Dubai -Mid – Level Associate – Real Estate & Hospitality (Dubai -) Job Purpose The work involves some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the marketplace. The team advises clients on a wide variety of high-profile UAE and regional real estate investment, development and finance transactions. Additionally our hospitality work covers a comprehensive range of legal services including advising national and international hotel owners, operators and franchisors in the acquisition, development, finance, management and branding of hotel properties and serviced apartments. Hospitality experience would be advantageous. An ability and willingness to work on both contentious and non-contentious matters is essential.
