Dubai -Job SummaryCEFE Group is looking for a Legal expert involved in Real Estate and Construction. The post holder will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of the Project as well as its post-delivery aspects. He will be responsible for the legal services related to real estate development and sales. The role shall be aimed at preventing CEFE from any legal action and penalties, it also involves liaison with Dubai - Government and Municipality and RERA to ensure that the legal requirements are met to avoid any litigation, in the role he shall also draft and review legal documents and contracts such as lease agreements, consultancy, procurement contracts, as well as other legal matters to ensure that the best interests of the organization are maintained.Responsibilities and DutiesReviewing contracts for the company's operations, primarily EPC contracts, subcontract, supply and services agreements.Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements including joint ventures, consultancies, and other commercial agreements.Advising regarding insurance issues and claims against policies.Provide legal advice in relation to Construction and Real Estate.Advice on regulatory and corporate governance matters of the Project.Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company matters.Ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advising the higher management on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of corporate officers.Reviews, drafts and negotiates agreements, consulting agreements, special licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms and amendments for customers, mainly in English and Arabic.Drafts, amends, manages, responds to, or analyses the MOAs of the Group and its amendments as needed.Supporting the business across a number of legal matters related to Real estate and Construction including but not limited to: Agreements/Contracts documents management; Regulatory support (Negotiations about Agreements disputes) or; Risk management.Provide all advisory services in relation to construction and real estate in UAE.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:similar role with an international construction contractor: 7 years (Required)Legal Counsel/ Lawyer in real estate: 7 years (Required)construction contract management related to time and cost: 7 years (Required)working knowledge of RERA laws and regulations: 10 years (Preferred)
