Attend rounds with the consultant / specialist. Cover the wards duties and inform the consultant of any issues or problems To review and follow-up the patients in the surgical unit and inform the consultant of any issues or problems To perform surgical procedures or tests when deemed appropriate by the Most Responsible Consultant / Specialist. Completes all medical records and case histories promptly, indicating there on the diagnosis and treatment given. Is responsible for the medical accuracy, completeness and confidential nature of patients’ medical records. To protect and enhance the reputation of the Canadian Specialist Hospital. To implement quality standards ensuring the provision of quality service. To comply with CSH Regulations, ensuring safe working practices in a safe working environment.
