Dubai -As a Food and Beverage cost controller, you are primarily responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects. Additionally,responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the entire company. Job Responsibilities  Develop and maintain a system of financial internal controls  Manage closing of books and preparation of Cost Control Reports as company standards  Analyze and interpret financial reports, identify trends and make recommendations where necessary  Review and evaluate efficiency of Food & Beverage Kitchens by developing a system of standard costing for menu items  Audit kitchen stores & stocks consumption for misuse or deviations  from standard costs  Organize inventories in coordination with relevant departments  Develop and maintain manual and computer filing system and ensure that the files are properly named, cataloged and access is available for authorized persons only Requirements 3-4 years of experience in the field Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost. Control the Food and Beverage kitchens stores in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency. Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties BA degree in Accounting or similar major Benefits Insurance 30 days Annual Leave yearly. Dubai -Job details Develop new marketing initiatives to reach targets and business goals Reach monthly targets with extreme marketing initiatives Manage the reception and the team appropriately Attend to patients by assisting them, greeting, welcoming, checking their insurance policies for them, helping out with treatment set up and treatment plan Follow up with new and existing Patients through recalls Evaluate feedback from patients and build on them to better patients experience at the clinic Attend to patient complaints or concerns when the need arises Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Make appointments for patients through call or walk in patients Update appointment and schedule meetings/appointments Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, e mailing etc Arabic is a must Knowledge of Social Media Channels is an advantage
