The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Responsible and Supervising Bell Captains, Porters, Concierge Desk and lobby presence. Ensure to be present at all’ V.I.P / High profile guests checking-in, coming for show arounds or F&B outlets Assist door, driveway and lobby team in arrival process / Check-in for VIP guests Ensure team is up to date with new events, outlets in the city of Dubai - – sharing and training this information Efficiently Manage email correspondence, feedback, complaints and telephone requests Rooms Division Meetings and daily briefings Adhere to task list & step by steps for daily activities and chores Assist and support team leaders, porters and lobby team Assisting with buggy operations Plan and organise creative and luxurious itineraries Provide accurate and up to date information on the city, restaurants, special events About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: High School Completion Previous concierge/guest relations experience in hospitality industry Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in 5 star hotel Business English, High level of verbal and written English (Level 4) Opera experience Front office cross training About the Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
