Dubai -PermanentA Insurance Broking Company required Assistant Technical Manager - EBThe responsibilities are:GENERAL FUNCTION: The Employee Benefits Insurance Producer actively solicits and sells insurance products and services to existing and new businesses; maintains an existing book of business, and expands book of business. Advises clients on risk management, and helps to devise new ways to mitigate risks; listening to clients and prospects' needs and being able to guide them in the selection of insurance products that appropriately deal with these needs. The role is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. Dubai -Advising clients about building/property issues, which can include technical, financial, legal, environmental/sustainability, building regulation and restoration matters undertaking building surveys. Monitoring the deterioration or defects of a property and offering advice on repair work Assessing the impact of unexpected damage on insurance, for example after a fire or flood Writing technical reports Negotiating the repair of work or a financial settlement if required Planning and overseeing building work on small projects that don’t require an architect Managing projects and/or multidisciplinary teams Job Requirements High-Rise Building Surveyor with minimum 3 years experience in facade industry.

Understand and clarify details through various communication mediums (primarily telephonic) of claims and customer queries Issue related documentation once claims file is opened on CRM system.\ Process and issue LPO’s in line with claims. Liaise with service providers including workshops and other insurance companies. Read, understand and translate Police Reports to support claims process. Qualifications MINIMUM TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY CRITERIA: Technical skills : · Basic industry knowledge in terms of market practice. · Sound knowledge of AXA Motor Insurance Policies. · Excellent computer skills. Academic Qualifications: · Holds a tertiary education or Degree qualified. · Required to have at least 3 years experience in related industry; · Arabic speaker is mandatory.
