Job Description:
DubaiROLE OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for attending calls and responding to the queries of the customers along with support in the periodic surveys.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend customer inquiries through inbound calls
Document the call details in the software along with summary of query
Assist customers for call back requests received through emails ยท Assist customers in booking appointments, when they fail to do it online through the Aster Website
Register customers and educating them about the Aster care loyalty program
Answer queries on redemption, point upgrades, offers, etc.
Ensure customers' details are updated in the relevant databases as and when requested
Act as a first point contact for complaint management.
Follow up on customer complaints/feedback
Updating the call centre internal databases with details of newly added specialties and doctors, services, insurances, units, timings, etc to be used by the call centre executives.
Preparing and sharing lists of customer queries with the concerned for all campaigns conducted by Aster and executed with involvement of the call centre.
Registering customers on calls during or before any campaigns conducted by CR, operations, etc.
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys through outbound calls for Aster customers
Gathering information on availability of services with external service providers to assist the customers.
