Dubai -Job Brief :We are looking for a C developer responsible for the development and maintenance our Financial Application over the POS Terminals. The main responsibility will be the development of applications and the integration with back-end services. There will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.Responsibilities :Design, build and maintain EFTPOS applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Work with outside data sources and APIs.Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Build applications ready for integration with other systems using serial and USB ports.RequirementsBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subjectProven software development experience and C/C++ skills development2-5 Years of proven working experience in EFT app developmentExperience with third-party libraries and APIsSolid understanding of the full EMV development life cycle.Knowledge of development over SDK.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong understanding of algorithms, data structures and design patternsAdditional requirements:Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git or SVN.EMV development and certificates.Financial messages protocols like ISO8583, APACS, SPDH.Communication protocols: USB, RS232.Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services over Linux environment.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Software Development: 2 years (Preferred)
