Here’s what you will work on as the blueprint of the product: Product Strategy: Establish short- and long-term product goals and strategies. Product Roadmap: Conceive and manage a product roadmap to support product goals and strategies. Product Unit Economics: Analyze the evolution for the product’s Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), User Lifetime Value (LTV), Cost of Revenue (CoR) and Average Revenue Per User, (ARPU). Product Business Model: Understand the value this product will add to the user and learn how to charge them for it. Requirements Here’s what we’re looking for: 3-5 years of experience in product management for software products An out-of-the-box thinker who can see the bigger picture A bachelor degree in engineering or science, MBA is a plus; You possess the business understanding and have a passion for software, mobile apps and features. Experience working within an agile development process. Proven track record of taking new products from concept to launch Strong background on leading UX/UI projects Solid understanding of UX best practices. Demonstrative experience in leading development of Web and App eCommerce projects Knowledge of A/B Testing and tools. Demonstrate the ability to report on results of new feature/ AB tests and analyzing what adjustments are needed. Good communication skill Analytical and organizational skills Knowledge of Data Science is desirable. Front Office Executive- Dubai - Prime Healthcare Group-Dubai
Dubai -Front Office Operations: Ensure timely response to all the telephone calls received at the front desk and respond or transfer them appropriately ensuring highest levels of customer care Ensure front office reception area is ambiance is appropriately maintained to comfort patients Patient Registration: Welcoming the patient to the facility and ensuring all of the patients questions are responded with accuracy. Carrying out the registration process to assist the patients for doctor appointments, laboratory tests, radiology tests and any other services as desired / required. Ensuring registration documentation are complete to adhere to the department policies and procedures Patient / Patient Family Education: Clearly communicate with the patient and family about the pre-procedure requirements and steps involved Educate the Patient / Patient Family on doctor’s consultation / follow up therapy or laboratory test procedures in line with the requirement of the patients visit. Health Insurance Procedures: Ensure to follow the documentation process including the patient consent form sign-off required for process healthcare insurance claims Adhere to the protocol for acquiring approvals for certain – procedures / tests or medication. Advice the patient about turnaround the usually required by the insurance policy Contact the patient to update when the approvals are received from the Insurance, to enable the patients to visit for the required procedures or tests. Advice the concerned department – i.e. laboratory or pharmacy with the updated details of the patients’ insurance approvals. Ensure that only approved insurance claims for testing or therapy are being invoiced to enable generate barcodes for report documentation. Coordinating with office assistants to ensure the request form for diagnostic services / branch are being appropriately addressed. Preferably graduate of Nursing or with medical background.
