A minimum of 30 calls per day is required unless in the case of three meetings for the day To ensure company monthly set targets are met. Ensuring that the Property Management process is followed in accordance with the company policies & procedures as well as in line with the UAE/RERA rental laws & guidelines. To deal with people over the phone, letters/emails and face to face in a professional manner. Manage all aspects of a managed property, its residents and any associated person/content in a positive & productive manner. To assist the Owner/leasing team in renting and finding a suitable Tenant for the property at the earliest. Conduct property pre-inspections, moving-in inspections/handovers, bi-annually inspections and moving-out inspections/handovers in a timely and professional manner. To handle and manage all issues related to the Tenant and tenancy agreement with the Owner. Investigating property maintenance issues and appointing insurance indemnified vendors to complete repairs. Manage vendors until any completion of job-related with the property. Writing business proposals Negotiating with stakeholders Achieving and exceeding Company set targets Identifying & mapping business strengths and customer needs Researching business opportunities and viable income streams Following industry trends locally and internationally Drafting and reviewing contracts Management of portfolio and tenancy lease lifecycle Job Requirements Highly self-motivated Good negotiation skills Customer service oriented Highly organized Multi-tasker Flexible Works well under pressure
