Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Owners Association Management Services • Establish and maintain owners roll and minute book. • Establish and maintain record system of all correspondence between owners, resident occupiers and other relevant parties, • and records to be kept pursuant to law. • Record and retain all required notices under the Strata Legislation. • Prepare, distribute and collect all correspondence and records related to the general assembly meeting which included but • not limited to, items for discussion, nomination of board member, agenda, invitations, motions, minutes of meeting, etc. • Attend and record all meetings. • Advise and assist owners and residents occupiers in relation to the commercial Community Rules. • Arrange Insurances and claims. • Maintain register for supply agreements. • Maintain full documentation for history of service providers • Serve notices and keep the board members informed on relevant legal and regulatory issues. • Owners Association Meetings Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Wider administration and body corporate/property experience is highly regarded • General understanding in operation of Strata Management Business • Understanding of Financial Accounting and budgeting for strata schemes • Business and administrative processes.

Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis - -Dubai
Dubai -About the Role Job Purpose Responsible for running the group budgeting and forecasting processes and analysis across the group and maintaining the Business Performance Management tool. Key Accountabilities Budgeting and Forecasting - Manage the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process - Prepare the budget guidelines in coordination with the relevant departments - Critically analyse budget inputs and highlight deviations to the targets and strategic targets - Ensure inter-departmental coordination in the planning processes and assumptions - Own and maintain relevant, flexible and accurate models - Ensure efficient and relevant budget reporting during the process - Prepare effective and efficient budget and forecast presentations to the senior management and the board - Prepare periodic driver based rolling forecasts - Assist teams in implementing company planning systems and processes in newly acquired businesses Management reporting and analysis - Understand the reporting requirements of the business, its key drivers and KPIs and develop useful and relevant reports based on these drivers and KPIs to assist different segments of the business - Analyse group results in detail to add value to the business - Standardise and maintain KPI definitions and develop common understanding across the business - Provide adhoc reports for management as and when required Systems - Run and maintain the Business Performance Management tool in Finance and coach and train teams across the business. - Work with IT teams to continuously improve and develop systems in order to ensure accurate and timely reporting Expected Qualifications: - Professional qualification in Finance (CA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, MBA or equivalent) Expected Experience: - More than 5 years of post-qualification experience Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills: - Corporate Finance knowledge - Experience of working with major ERP solutions (Oracle, DAX, SAP) is preferred - Experience of implementing or working with a Business Performance Management tool (Hyperion/Cognos/Tagetik) is preferred About your Benefits We offer an excellent remuneration package including a competitive tax free salary, visa, tuition fee concession, medical insurance, annual airfare allowance, 30 days annual leave and end of service gratuity
