Dubai -We are looking for an experienced Admission/ Discharge Officer to join our Admissions team. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the entire admission process in the hospital including cash, corporate, elective and emergency. Greets and warmly welcomes patients to be admitted and take their personal information, verifies them by valid ID proofs. Provides patients with the right information about the hospital admission policies, asks for their necessary signatures on the legal consent forms and insurance forms. Secures payments by screening insurance information, verifies insurance approvals and notifies their co-insurances. Experience in open billing and package billing systems. Responsible for Verification of approvals, limits, and co-payments. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree from a recognized institute with a medical background is preferred. Experience in Patient Admission Systems with good cash handling experience. Knowledge/ Technical Skills: Preferably Bilingual (Arabic/English). Good knowledge of hospital IT system.
