Dubai -Plan and strategise company HR policies as well as working closely with various head of departments to oversee the orientation and onboarding efforts of new hires. Management of recuriting/hiring activities to support the management in identify candidates fitting with the company values and department needs. Manage and updating of the HR databases including employee details database and insurance database. Updating and maintaining employees' records in the system, generating leave reports for payroll, filing of supporting documents and general enquiries. Administration and managing the government paid leave claims process. Maintenance and documentation of individual employee personnel files. Manage monthly payroll and HR related issues. Provide support in the day to day management of the insurance program including annual insurance renewal documentations. REQUIREMENT Candidate should have Degree or Diploma in HR or any related qualification. Results-driven, highly adaptable. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Due to this continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit a Credit Insurance Manager who will relish the opportunity to join the Group. Role description: Define and execute credit insurance strategy for the bank and own it in front of stakeholders; Structure and evaluate credit insurance requirements, portfolio-wide and transactional, for all FIMBank businesses, and procure covers to meet requirements; Evaluate existing covers for effectiveness as part of the strategy; Maintain up-to-date control over portfolio and actionably evaluate each of the players for effectiveness; Review and vet documentation as well as insurance cover contracts and address stakeholder requirements; Lead the banks strategy in pursuit of claims, including a legal strategy (in co-ordination with legal dept.); Be abreast of regulations and derive capital and other relief available from documentation; Interact effectively with stakeholders and customers on the basis of committed turnaround times/SLAs; and Participate in bank credit committee meetings and contribute effectively on credit insurance/defeasance Candidate attributes: Good practitioners knowledge of credit insurance practices and players (brokers, underwriters, agents); Experience of having run a similar function for a bank or commercial enterprise; Experience in optimising insurance contracts for the benefit of the business; and Good work ethic and collegial, ability to be an effective team player
