Conduct Site Inspection or Survey Prior to Tender pricing and fill ISO forms.3. Send to Suppliers and Subcontractor the Sorted Scope Inquiry & Follow up Quotation.4. Accurately Quantify Scope and Material.5. Ensure that all items are priced with corresponding Supplier and Subcontractor Quotation,notify Head Engr. for any unclear Items.6. Study & Review Project , Raise all Tender Inquiry as early as possible to get feedback fromDesigner, Consultant, PM or etc.7. Prepare BOQ in reference with supplier specification and Latest Drawing, Any Alternative must be clearly mention or highlighted.8. Identifies labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.9. Arrange Sample Request to Each supplier and its Collection to be place on Boards.10. Prepare Material Take-off.11. Inform all Involve Section for Tender Attachment such us Programme , Bonds & Insurance tobe prepared and be ready for Tender Submission.12. Assist Planner with Quantity Verification of Material that needs to be Order.13. Prepare Variation as per Submission of Additional Work & Change Request from Project In Charge.14. Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.15.
