Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Responsible for the entire admission process in the hospital including cash, corporate, elective and emergency. • Greets and warmly welcomes patients to be admitted and take their personal information, verifies them by valid ID proofs. • Provides patients with the right information about the hospital admission policies, asks for their necessary signatures on the legal consent forms and insurance forms. • Secures payments by screening insurance information, verifies insurance approvals and notifies their co-insurances. • Experience in open billing and package billing systems. • Responsible for Verification of approvals, limits, and co-payments. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institute with a medical background is preferred. • Experience in Patient Admission Systems with good cash handling experience. • Preferably Bilingual • Good knowledge of hospital IT system. • Having a good decision-making ability, and a capacity for problem-solving. • Customer service oriented and good communication skills • Problem-solving and takes initiatives • Good Team player.
