The opportunity Be a part of our facilities management business that oversees work for leading organisations across the public and private sectors around the world. The role A/C technician Your responsibilities will include: Handling installation of AHU, FCU, piping and ducting. Handling maintenance services of window, split air condition and all types of refrigeration and air conditioning etc. Handling fault finding and rectification of all types of AC and DC charging motors. Managing recycled and charged refrigerants. Preparing daily work schedules. Managing specialist contractor and service providers. Assisting other trades where required e.g. electrician, carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating. Managing water temperature sampling. Ensuring regular cleaning of drainage systems. Ensuring regular cleaning of guttering systems. Managing maintenance of paved areas. Ensuring minor carpentry repairs and ironmongery or lock repairs. Maintaining a safe working environment within the site. Sharing emergency call-out duties with other team members. The requirements Your experience knowledge, and skills need to include: Experience in general maintenance in air conditioning carpentry, plumbing, electrical, brickwork, groundwork (paving) and tiling. Ability to communicate at all levels. Ability to see potential problems and work through solutions until resolution is reached, in all areas of the project site. With knowledge in health and safety. A team player but also able and happy to work on own initiative. Good timekeeper and flexible approach to work. Good attention to detail. Ability and willingness to learn new skills and attend relevant training courses as and when required. Dubai -A full time experienced A/C technician is urgently needed in Dubai - UAE in a consumer goods company. JOB REQUIREMENTS Preferred applicants should have a working experience as an A/C technician in the same field or related for a period of 2 years. Ideal candidates should have GCC experience in split/ducting type A/C and installation/repairing of A/C in order to apply for the post. Selected applicants should have ability to use with latest tools and equipment used in the job in order to apply for the post. Interested candidates should be comfortable in troubleshooting split AC and changing spare parts that are used at work. Applicants should have an outstanding communication, interpersonal, and mathematical skill when at the work place. Candidates should have ability to read blueprint, install, maintain, and repair AC system
