Description We are currently seeking an Administrative Executive to come join our team Position Objective: This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large, dynamic and faced paced global organisation. An opportunity has now become available for an Administrative Executive to join the team here at our Dubai - site in the Middle East. The role will include but will not be limited to general administration duties to all lines of the business. In this role you will be responsible for: Provide executive assistant support to the GM ; this work entails interacting with and requires a working knowledge of Middle East and Saudi. Heavy calendar management - coordinate all aspects of the GM’s schedules, including high volume of domestic and international travel arrangements; understand GM’s needs and work to meet them. Communicate and coordinate early and clearly with other supporting function Team, staff and external contacts, to effectively plan schedules. General project management assistance, including maintaining and updating action plans and timelines, scheduling meetings and interfacing with project groups as appropriate. Manage and reconcile expense reports and purchase requisitions. Maintain files and manage approval and submission. Produce Executive PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets.
