Dubai -Company OverviewA family own company, operating in the F&B industry in the middle for more than 20 years, is looking for a CFO. The company manufactures and distributes food and beverage products under various brands. Operating on BtoB and BtoC markets, with prestigious clients.**Position OverviewThe CFO will have to guarantee the proper financial and administrative management of the company. The candidate will have to be a source of proposal on the organization to put in place to fit the company requirements. He will manage the accounting team and will directly report to the CEO. The candidate will set up management control with KPIs and will be responsible for treasury and banking relations.Responsibilities and Duties__FinanceGuarantee the reliability of companies accounts and establish mandatory financial and accounting documents.Develop models for CEO for forecasting, business planning, and reporting.Review and report on weekly and monthly financial position to CEO.Monitor the cash position, analyze the differences observed compared to forecasts.Follow financial performance regarding budget.Ensure the cost control and price policy.Make recommendations that ensure sound financial management and stability.Presents the consolidated accounts of the company.AdministrationElaborate the budgets in accordance with the strategic choices of the General ManagementPresent quarterly cash flow projections to CEO.Stay aware of latest trend in financial toolsKeep financial guides, employee handbooks and relevant financial policies current.LeadershipParticipate in organizational-wide problem-solving and decision-making.Manage a team of 2 people.Maintain strong working relationship with the organization’s banks and auditors.Anticipates, recruits, welcomes and integrates its collaborators.Provides HR management and administration of its direct staff.Guarantees the good social climate of the financial division.**Qualifications and EducationMaster degree in accounting / financeMinimum 3 years’ experience.Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically.Demonstrated experience directing and implementing new systems, processes and technology to enhance internal operations and organizational effectiveness.An ability to lead and manage staff.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French would be a plus).Experience in multi-cultural working environment.Compensation and BenefitsSalary commensurate with experienceHealth insurance covered20 days paid vacationDurationFull-time position6 months trial periodApplicationsInterested candidates are invited to send a CV, cover letter, and professional references by email to cforecrutment @ gmail.comJob Type: Full-time
