Play Your Part You are an experienced Technical Supervisor with a solid hands-on mentality and capacity to lead a team of Supervisors & Technicians. Together with your team you will assure the proper maintenance and repair of our Facility. Keep our facility's equipment in a safe and reliable way at all times. You are responsible for managing service and repairs in area of plumbing, carpentry, plastering and machine and electrical servicing. You should be motivating your team and are very communicative towards colleagues from all departments. Main Duties: - Maximize operationality for all equipment within the parks - Ensure that periodic checks and preventive maintenance are completed according the schedule & standards. - Report and document all works accordingly - Assist in fault searching and problem solving in case of standstills in order to have the Facility back in operation in a short time - Be pro-active towards proposing adjustments, ordering spare parts and identifying any problematic equipment. - Ensure that you and your team are operating safely and have received proper training to perform their duties. - Managing service and repairs in area of plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine and electrical servicing - Calculate and compare costs for utilities, goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness - Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team Requirements Are You a Star? Dubai -Tenants screening, selection, profiling Provide the new tenants with an introduction letter that contains emergency contacts, insurance requirements, rent collection, and maintenance request procedures Provide excellent tenant service by handling all complains and problems and resolve them in an efficient way.
