The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of products presentations, generating interest and qualifying sales prospects/Leads. Key Responsibility:- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it Use lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows Strictly follow the given Daily/Monthly Targets of Collecting qualified leads Encourage and push clients for Office and site meetings Ability to Capture all the waking client’s details correctly Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales/Meeting opportunities Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information Keep areas neat while working, and return items to correct locations following demonstrations attract the attention of prospective customers Learn about competitors’ products and consumers’ interests and concerns in order to answer questions and provide more complete information Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc.) Essential Requirements:- Proven working experience as a promoter in generating Leads (Insurance / Events) Track record of over-achieving quota Work on shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Night) Ability for relocation and travel Work on weekends and Holidays Work under pressure and during events and Road shows Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills

We are looking for candidates who have specific experience in medical claims , provider network, pre approvals, TPA management with a composite insurance company/ IPMI. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of managerial experience as a Medical Claims Manager preferably in UAE or with a global insurer. Physicians with clinical experience and a qualification in Insurance would have an advantage.
