Dubai -We are looking for experienced and talented HR and Admin Executive for our firm.Job RoleTalent Acquisition.Payroll Management.Handling on boarding and off boarding processes.Coordinating induction training to newly hired employees.Assisting with the PRO (Public Relation Officers) with regards to -Employees new work permit/visa applications, knowledge of UAE Labor LawResidence visa and labor card renewals.Labor Contract Amendments.Outside and inside country labor and immigration cancellations.Quota applications, Trade license yearly renewal, Establishment card renewals, Tenancy contract renewalsLease agreements and EJARI yearly renewals.Labor Signatory Card amendments.Tracking visa applications through Ministry of Labor and UAE immigration company logins.Coordinating in the process of group and individual insurance, providing the database of employees with all the required information and documents, updating with addition and deletions with regards to new visa and cancellations.Preparing certificates such and experience letters, NOC's, acknowledgement letters etc.Coordinating with the accounts department for the PRO transactions and payments (Cash and online) and payment clearances (Cash and online)Calling and scheduling Interviews.Assisting medical and life insurance related issues, vacation entitlement, attendance, sick leaves, daily task, etc.Any other task assigned by Management or HR Head.Eligibility CriteriaPrior HR experience in the region will be an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to interact with different nationalities.HR related degree will be an advantage.Knowledge of ERP - HR Module will be an advantageJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)

About the Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated TeamLeader to join Food & Beverage team at the Burj Al Arab. The mainpurpose of this role is to assist coordinate and control all the activities inthe restaurant. Your main duties include: Ensure guests live the “Ultimate Experience” Well-groomed and creating pleasant attitude all the time. Friendly, professional and supportive to all colleagues. Sets a personal example for right conduct and behaviour for an open eyed, respected and effective supervision of the restaurant and pool. Provides hands-on support, direction and assistance to colleagues on all areas of their assigned duties ensuring highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests. Ensures that effective link is maintained between kitchen and service areas. Handle guest complaints according to policy Ensuring pool/restaurant set up is according to set standard. To assist in training, supervising and disciplining all outlet colleagues. Performs opening and closing duties as when required ensuring that the outlet will be ready for the business opening. To observe daily conditions of all physical facilities and equipment in the outlets; makes recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. To assist in preparing staff schedules, which allow for appropriate service while controlling over time. To handle inventories directly involved with the operation of the outlet To continually be aware of departmental needs as they relate to production and staffing. To assist in controlling standards, performance, colleague conduct, dress code, appearance, sanitation, etc., according to established policies. To formulate and recommend changes to improve colleague performance and teamwork. Ensure all pool guests receive water, face towels and all other needs upon arrival. Final closing of the shift/outlet to be done according to the outlet closing checklist. Check one final round to ensure no pending tasks left by the closing shift. Ensure closing of the restaurant is carried out as per the standard checklist provided and no pending tasks. About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the followingexperience and qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader or in similar role Should have a College or University Degree and a Task trainer certification Five star hotel and or resort working experience in restaurant You will have to possess experience in a cultural diverse workforce A good level in Microsoft Office applications - particularly Excel and Power Point as well as Knowledge of Micros Point of Sale system. Excellent communication skills both written & verbal. Must have basic knowledge in financial aspects of outlet operations.
