Dubai -PermanentCharterhouse is working with a Magic Circle Law Firm who is looking to hire a Funds Associate Solicitor with c.3 - 5 PQE + to play a key role in its market leading and top ranked offering in Dubai -. The role will involve covering the full mix of private funds work, focusing on private investments i.e. private equity, real estate, infrastructure funds. You will be responsible for working closely with the lead Partners / team in the region, as well as the firm’s global network. The firm works with the leading financial institutions, SWF’s, governments, sponsors, lenders, corporates in the region, so an excellent opportunity to join a market leader with excellent long-term career prospects. The successful candidate should be a common law qualified funds Lawyer, with c. 3 – 5 years PQE, based either in the UAE with legal directories rated firm experience, or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia or New Zealand etc. The firm is interested in a high calibre individual with funds formation and transactional experience gained at a leading firm, with excellent academics, who is looking to develop their long-term career at a leading global Law Firm. Experience of all aspects of funds work or Shari’a compliant work is not required, although the firm is interested in candidates interested in building broad experience.
