Dubai -Job DescriptionMonitor stock levels and place new orders with Principals to avoid out of stockPreparing Payroll, Salary Note and other work related to HRPreparing Monthly Stock & Sales reports, Re-order reports, stock movement reports, stock turnover reports, COGS Report, Sales deviation reports and other reports as and when requiredPreparing yearly Purchase Forecast and monitoring all the Company PurchasesRegularly updating Finance department about planned purchases to assist in cash flow preparationEnsure that the necessary Municipality approvals and MOH approvals are in place before the product is shippedHandle clearance of Air & Sea shipmentsCollaborate with Finance department and ensure that enough funds are in hand for Customs duty payment, MOH duty payment and other expenses for clearance of shipmentsNegotiate rates and contracts with freight forwarders & clearance agentsIdentify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure Physical inventory and system records agreeMake and implement Standard Operating Procedure for Logistics operationsPreparing Purchase orders, Shipment Advice, GRV’s, Stock transfers, Claims, Item id creation, Updating rate contract, Marine Insurance, Bank LC Application, etcCoordinating and following up with Clearance Agents for the shipment clearance, Delivery Order, Bill of Entry and making arrangement for its transportation;Coordinating with the Pharmacists in order to check the import status of the item and to get related approvals for importing the same.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Supply Chain: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Completed Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years food service or hospitality industry-related experience; OR completed associate degree and 4+ years of food service or hospitality industry-related experience. • Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends and overtime as business needs dictate. • Ability for in-country travel to customer locations. • Personal General Liability Insurance required. • Food safety preferred certifications such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC credentials. • Experience in food safety and brand standards evaluations. • Teaching or coaching experience in a food related field. • Strong relationship management capability and advanced consulting skills. • Ability to work effectively without supervision, showing initiative, good judgment and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines. • Ability for international travel to customer locations.
