Dubai -1) amiliarizes with and knowledgeable on clinics insurance network and its policies.2) Facilitates coverage of patients in accordance with insurance benefits and properly advise patients and Coordinator regarding payment of every clinic visit or procedures.3) Coordinates and liaises with insurance network representative with regards to approval, requests, benefits and other insurance concerns.4) Compose medical report and pre-auth forms/application then sends for approval for all In House and External surgeries.5) Informs patient coordinator regarding approved or rejected procedures and coordinates with accounts to properly file for collection/submission for payments thereafter.6) Collects and verify all daily insurance claim form for each patient, including surgery claims, then submits daily to Accounts with the report and to e-claims.7) Enters all data of patient visit in an electronic system including tests performed, diagnosis, insurance treatment and issues invoice for payment collection at the cashier.8) Accommodates and composes patient request such as a medical report (personal and insurance), sick leaves and other certificates/letters.9) Coordinates with the third party medical billing company and clarify insurance related queries and resubmit rejected claims on a regular basis.10) Keeps track and properly documents all insurance payment for each patient on file and any insurance related issues.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:insurance: 1 year (Required)
