Responsibilities Engage, activate, enable, ramp up and manage partners in implementing solutions in Robotic Process Automation space using Automation Anywhere. Define the optimum partner engagement methodology and standardize globally. Track and chart the ROI and value of partnerships Build the right relationships across all levels of the partner firm to create maximum value. Own delivery of client engagements delivered by partners and manage high CSAT levels. Responsible for all technical aspects of RPA implementation projects and initiatives Creation of optimum technical solutions in the context of the client's environment, requirements, and resources. Lead client interactions with various IT teams including, architecture, security, administration during pre-sales, post-sales, during implementation and post implementation Provide architecture guidance to the team working on RPA products/projects with a strong focus on solution architecture, architecture artifacts, performance, scaling and security Own & develop RPA Body of Knowledge (BoK) and manage training and partner technology accreditation of RPA team members Own & develop the certification programs for all the partners. Own & develop the hand-holding phase for building the Centre of Excellence (COE) at the partners' location. Work with internal teams which have a mix of architects, automation engineers and review requirement design and solution design as well. Requirements Good understanding of various underlying technologies used in RPA,.Net & Software Products etc Experience in evaluating various technology products and developing expertise in underlying technology and architecture Experience in leading architecture aspects of software development with strong emphasis on Object Oriented analysis and design (OOAD), layered application development, client-server architecture, domain driven design, and architecture design patterns Experience in implementing Robotic technology solutions in an IT governed environment is desirable Experience in non-Robotic automation technologies such as BPM and OCR / Extraction engines is desirable Experience in product development environments is strongly desired. Experienced BUC required, being responsible for supporting the business operations of one or more medium/large practices, for all processes from project kick-off to project closure. The role involves daily operations & processes, community building, support of sales and people processes. The right candidate will offer strategic support and handle operations for practice financials and account management in liaison with the BU’s Partners, Directors and Business Unit Finance Analyst. Candidate must be comfortable working with numerous internal support departments on projects relating to our people, marketing & knowledge management. The successful candidate will report predominantly to the Business Unit Leader and BU COO, Partners and Directors. You will also report to the Advisory Finance team leader, providing updates which will go directly to the Middle East Consulting Leadership Team (CLT). Your local Finance Manager will provide guidance regarding compliance with relevant territory policies and procedures. Business acumen Provide a service directly to the Business Unit Leader in the provision of verified BU data, information and reports and particularly KPIs. Maintain accurate records of backlog, reconcile and report to Finance monthly. Reconcile the backlog against actual data after each rollover. Enter own time and expenses in accordance with firm's policy and monitor BU staff/partner performance reporting any issues to the relevant partners particularly drawing attention to backlogs and potential consequences. Decisions made by job holder on own account Monitor and review net investment with the partner(s) across the portfolio monthly, taking action as directed. Ensure that all compliance requirements for new engagements and contracts are met fully and exceptions reported. Assist with the creation of annual budgets for the BU, together with regular forecasts and reviews. Particularly monitor changes to headcount and maintain accurate records reporting variances against budget and guidelines. Monitor engagements and contracts to ensure accurate and timely recording of time and expenses to correct codes and billing in accordance with the letters of engagement. Monitor net investment and specifically WIP and debtors and report issues and risks accordingly. Monitor older WIP and confirm the billing plan. Monitor older debts and ensure that relevant partners are aware of unpaid debts and potential/actual provisions. Ensure that there is activity to chase overdue debts. Ensure coordination of Inter-territory engagements/ projects monitoring WIP and billing and overall engagement performance, raising issues with the partner where appropriate.
