Dubai -ContractAED5,000 a monthOffice Responsibilities: Answering incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.Maintaining internal telephone directory by updating it on timely basis as part of Emergency response plan.Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.Maintain security by following procedures; maintaining visitors log and issuing visitor badgesMaintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsManaging the incoming couriers, segregation and despatch to employeesFacilitating conference room booking through the ‘EMS Workplace’ online booking system.Managing the office stationery that includes company Letterheads & Envelopes), Pantry supplies and drinking water.Arrange request of Door access card for new employees from liaising with the supplier to IT for activation and dispatch.Payment process of Etisalat office telephone (Rx & Cx) & mobile bills for all employees (Rx) on monthly basis to ensure payment on 10th payment cycle of the month.Manage monthly DEWA Bills paymentRaising of Local Purchase Orders, Payment request on E-forms for all suppliers related to Office Administration, IT, Finance (monthly payroll services) & HR (Staff relocation fees, Insurance & Recruitment agencies).Payment request on Arenco lease, Annual parking fee and Chillers.Received and process business card request for all Pharma employees (GULF).Ensuring the Mail Group used for communications on outlook is updated for new employee and leavers.Request for new Vendor set up in the system and for any change of details.Providing support in sending General Office related announcements and communications and circulars from the building management.Update and maintenance of assigned locker (keys) to all employees and Parking card access.Send parking request to Security for Sales Team as required.Reach out to Building management for repairs and facility concerns for immediate action.HR Assistance: Managing visa, hotel stay & tickets for employees attending any HR related workshops, Assessment Centre & New Joiners within the HR team.Organising lunch or any other logistics requirements such as booking meeting rooms for HR internal meetings and trainings and raising of Eforms for the same.Raising e-forms on Amex Statements and cash expenses for the HR Lead.Processing invoices related to all types of Insurances and other suppliers (Recruitment company, Relocation company, Survey firms, Adecco etc) who provides service to the HR Team.Job Type: ContractSalary: AED5,000.00 /month

Dubai -Develop a thoughtful and consistent marketing, segmentation, distribution and sales strategy. Identify opportunities with clients in the UAE region to develop and execute sales strategies that will maximize market penetration with IFA’s, Family Offices and other High Net Worth centres of influence to generate revenue and meet sales target. Manage and nurture existing relationship for repeat business. Manage internal stakeholder like management, operations and back office to ensure alignment around business strategy, capitalize on opportunities and overcome specific challenges. Job Requirements 4-8 years of sales experience in financial services environment. Superior knowledge of mutual funds. In-depth understanding of financial markets and the impact of economic factors. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, build strong relationships and execute. Excellent listening and relationship management skills. Strong presentation and communication skills. Undergraduate degree required, with investment certifications like AMFI will be a plus.
