Dubai -AED5,000 - AED5,500 a monthJob DescriptionMonitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and adviceObserve and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physiciansCollaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patientsPerform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ chartsAdjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s ordersInspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)Provide instant medical care in emergenciesAssist surgeons during operationsSupervise and train LPNs and nursing assistantsFoster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their familiesExpand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.Requirements: Proven experience as a registered nurse + DHA LicenseExcellent knowledge of nursing care methods and proceduresExcellent knowledge of emergency careIn-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all timesA team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsResponsible and compassionateOutstanding organizational and multi-tasking skillsPatient with excellent problem-solving skillsBSc or other diploma from a nursing programValid nursing licenseBenefits: 9 hours on site and 1 hour break = 8 working hours only.In case of excess work hours, converted to overtimeOff: Once a weekNET PAY - 5,500 AED+Free transport to and from the work-site+Uniform is provided+Annual leaves+other benefits and Gratuity as per labor law.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED5,000.00 to AED5,500.00 /monthExperience:Home care nursing: 2 years (Preferred)
