The Middle East & South Africa has been one of the fastest growing territories in Nintex globally for the past 3 years. We're extending this successful region to also cover South Africa and Gulf countries to replicate the same success we've been experiencing and take it to where it should belong. In order to achieve that, we're looking to hire a Partner Account Manager in our Dubai office to establish and maintain successful relationships with our partners and end customers to sell our products both directly and through partners across South Africa and the Gulf region. The challenge will be working with an assigned group of partners to facilitate their success and drive business development, partner management and co-selling activities including forecasting. You will employ sales strategies and tactics to build relationships and manage channel partners to maximize revenue in new and established markets. Through close collaboration with the collective sales team, you will create and implement initiatives that will increase net new sales in your designated territory and increase customer acquisition in new and existing markets. Enthusiastically evangelizing Nintex products, you will enjoy becoming the trusted advisor to key technical and business contacts within customers and partners as you develop relationships across all vertical market sectors at all levels. Your contribution will be: Providing expert knowledge in the Nintex approach to Intelligent Process Automation and is able to translate that into real business benefits for both the customer and the Nintex channel. He understands his partners intimately and has established a joint winning strategy and value proposition with his partners centered around IPA. Achieving Revenue attainment monthly and quarterly while accurately forecasting the expected revenue. Building and managing a sustainable network of partners through the process of acquisition, training and coaching, and ongoing management of key relationships. You will whip up excitement through evangelising the Nintex product line including features in the cloud on O365, on mobile and hybrid solutions. You will have your finger on the pulse of what our partners need form us by way of our Partner Program and communicate those needs to the Partner Program Manager. Liaising with the Product Development team to maintain knowledge of current and future products, and plan any changes to the Partner Program accordingly. A little bit about you: Are effective at influencing through others Have experience managing large territory sales and forecasting your plan with accuracy. Have experience selling SaaS and are knowledgeable about the associated pricing models. Are metrics driven – always striving to surpass your quota Are willing to travel up to 50% of the time 5-8 years of sales experience in a company in South Africa. Channel experience is a plus. Experience in Microsoft and/or Salesforce environment preferred Fluent in English and one of the following languages (French, Russian or Turkish) A proven record of over-achievement Strong business development and relationship management skills Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline How we operate: Everyone who works at Nintex follow three core tenets to ensure we operate a highly successful and collaborative business: We deliver on our commitments.
