Dubai -JOB TITLE: Clinical Science Associate REPORTS TO: Area Sales Manager - Rare Diseases & Endocrinology BUSINESS AREA: Sanofi Genzyme Gulf GRADE: L2-1 DATE AMENDED June 2018 JOB PURPOSE To develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders, presenting information and marketing new therapeutic products to physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure sales and patient identification numbers are met. To drive patient identification and reimbursement and sustain the patients on treatment, providing support to medical and paramedical communities on the optimum use of the product. To achieve success, it is critical that the CSA: Achieve communicated yearly sales & patients targets Ensure the implementation of launch and tactical marketing plans are in line with the local business strategy and meet agreed budget Ensure the medical diagnosis services to be delivered on time as per Sanofi Genzyme standards. KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.Achieve communicated yearly sales & patients targets Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in all accounts at area level. Have full coverage of the designated area ( HCPs, purchasers and all stakeholders ) Provide, update and analyse data related to Genzyme’s portfolio in all accounts at area level such as monthly consumption, forecasted orders, phasing of orders, stocks, etc Communicate to HCPs Disease state knowledge and awareness. Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to the target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in line with company strategy. 2.Ensure the implementation of launch and tactical marketing plans are in line with the local business strategy and meet agreed budget Analyse performance for all products in the portfolio, identify growth opportunities and provide solutions to management to face all challenges. Conduct regular visits and participate in symposiums, congresses and meetings in order to in order to increase market presence for the company products. Ensure raising awareness among the expanded target audience list through highlighting the disease manifestation, how to seek treatment and how to administer the medication. Executing the scientific engagement plan through RTD’s, group meetings and participation in local congresses. Ensure highest level of KOL’s engagement through regular frequent visits and quick answering to all their scientific requests. Maintain and update product and competition knowledge in order to represent Genzyme as the leader in rare disease arena. 3. Ensure the medical diagnosis services to be delivered on time as per Sanofi Genzyme standards. Promote our medical services to HCPs including DBS, diagnostic tests & other evaluation tests. Achieve the target of monthly & annually DBS & align with the global hit rates. Follow up with the Diagnostic services provider to minimize any delay and ensure timely service. Follow up with local labs if there are any direct communication from hospitals to ensure timely services. Promote HRT projects for assigned specialities in alignment with the medical team. Experience in Rare Diseases or Sub Speciality is mandatory Working experience in Abu Dhabi is mandatory Skills: selling skills, negotiation skills, presentations skills, KOLs management. POSITION PURPOSE To assist the Director of Security in ensuring the safety and security of guests, associates and the property. Security supervisor is responsible to supervise the training, working and performance of Security Guards and ensure compliance on safety & security policies of the hotel. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To efficiently supervise and manage the Security Guards during his/her shift To train Security Guards in all laid down drills & procedures related to safety & security standards in the hotel. Maintain and update all training records as directed by the Director. Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all security related equipment in the department. Bring into the notice of the Director any security breach by any associate in the hotel. Pin point the faults in any equipment to engineering and ensure fault rectification. To act as Liaison between the Security Department Administration in the absence of the Director of Security. Maintain Liaison with local Police Station, Fire Station and nearest Hospital. To deploy Security Guards during his Shift. To make periodic ‘Rounds’ of Sentry Posts to check alertness and compliance of Standing Orders. To periodically inspect serviceability of firefighting equipment in the hotel. Inspect the log of entry and exit of personnel, materials, vehicles and stores at the commencement of his duty and at the end of his duty. Be totally accountable for all happenings during his Shift. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Training in Fire Fighting, First Aid and Life Saving drills from a certified institution. Previous experience in security setup mandatory.
