Dubai -Job Summary: Looking for experienced and talented Medical Claims Manager in Dubai -, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details Supervise the claims process flows to ensure efficiency in processing claims Discuss professional fees and hospital charges Organize regular business meetings with service providers to ensure compliance on contract terms and use of agreed systems as well as tariffs Prove and review outpatient as well as inpatient claims as per the claims manual and customer service Oversee the assigned staff within the claims department Keep proper and accurate reserves on claims and incidents Carry out thorough and detailed analysis of claim documents to detect fraud Make sure negotiation and settlement of claims is completed on time Generate regular claims reports to clients, management and advice underwriter health on relevant claims findings for medical risk assessments Supervise the processing and settlement of all claims Oversee, train and mentor medical claims staff to achieve a high level of motivation and productivity Job Qualifications and Experience Should hold a relevant Bachelors Degree At least five to eight years of practical experience as a medical claims manager in the UAE A physician with insurance qualifications will be a plus Excellent leadership and management skills Good analytical and monitoring skills Should have good computer knowledge Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
