Job Description:

DubaiPurpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: Assist the EM Business Unit with all ranging and CTC related tasks to support the execution of One Range, One Brand, One Team. Assist with the creation of materials for cluster use, system and process updates, consolidation of market feedback and preparation of EM Milestone meetings. Act as category key contact for Article Master Data maintenance (RMA) and other relevant systems (e.g. DMT), provide operational support and assist with market consolidation and communication as per BU / MOPS / Brand requirement. Key Responsibilities: Support the seasonal BU range building and alignment process within the parameters set by the EM CTC Range Architecture team (Category Input, ONE EM Range selection, Definition of EMMR, internal GTM Meetings, etc.) Key Responsibilities Managerial Utilize LEADERSHIP FRAMEWORK, create a set of behaviors for the BU empowering Collaboration, Confidence and Creativity. KPIs: EM Category Range Efficiency, SKU targets, Pricing targetsKey Relationships: EM BU Director and Merchandising Team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Highly collaborative with strong communication skills Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University Degree in IT and/or Business Administration3+ years’ work experience with data / systems / MarketingExperience in RMA & SAP / AFS (preferred)Advanced user of Excel and PowerPointGood verbal and written skills in English.
