Dubai -JOB PURPOSE/ROLE Contribute to achievement of profitable and sustainable growth in the frame of Euler Hermes Group strategy trough development and implementation of a proper BU RIC strategy Strong focus on customer centricity KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implement at BU level Euler Hermes RICC strategy Assign and coordinate operational targets to each Risk Information and Claim and Collection teams (satisfaction level, loss ratio objectives, claims ...) Prioritize tasks - projects Responsible for the implementation of risk action plan for unprofitable policies Govern all RICC functions on BU level take responsibility in implementing reporting, Group RIC rules and KPI, RBM Responsible for the quality of the BUs' underwriting (Loss ratio, client contacts, inter-Bu contacts and transversal with other departments) participates to high level local events with PH and Brokers KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TYPICAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE Market knowledge: Knowledge of main BU business industries Business expertise: strong business/finance assessment skills in depth knowledge and experience in EH underwriting high level of commercial awareness and customer service in depth knowledge of the contractual parameters in depth knowledge of the Claims and Collection procedures Interpersonal skills: be a good communicator and able to convince about all decisions taken Ability to hold visit and contacts, including high difficult and high profile meetings with senior people LEADERSHIP BEHAVIOURS Internal leadership behaviour attract, train and retain high potential employees built and motivate BU UW teams External leadership behaviour act as a trustee risk advisor for customers represent company to all external stakeholders PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Arabic language is a plus 10+ years of experience within GCC and Risk Management/ Financial services is preferred Holds a post graduate degree in finance/ international business is a plus Reference Code EH-6453880-2 Allianz is the home for those who dare – a supportive place where you can take the initiative to grow and to actively strengthen our global leadership position.
