They will need to partner with the global and regional BCI teams to deploy best practices from other markets, and to share best practice within AMET to the benefit of J&J Globally. This person will be personally leading the priority strategic projects, ensuring they are delivering the business benefit. They will also need to manage a team based in Dubai - to ensure day to day deliverables are met, and to develop those team members to be potential future successors. In addition, the individual requires excellent collaboration skills to also build trusted relations with key partners in the other AMET geographies.
