The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Responsible and Supervising Concierge Desk and lobby presence. Ensure to be present at all’ V.I.P / High profile guests checking-in, coming for show around or F&B outlets Assist door, driveway and lobby team in arrival process / Check-in for VIP guests Efficiently Manage email correspondence and telephone requests Meeting resident and non-resident guests to facilitate feedback and obtain guest preferences Adhere luxury and personalized attention to all requests based on the LQA and LRA standards Assist and support porters and lobby team Plan and organize creative and luxurious itineraries Provide accurate and up to date information on the city, restaurants, special events Utilize contracted companies for tours and events and handle gratuities with integrity as per hotel policy Oversee and supervise luggage, driveway & valet services Assist with flight amendments and confirmations Generate incremental revenue through sales of BAA transport and services, helicopters and Arabian Adventures. Assisting other Rooms Division departments when ever needed as requested by Management Ensuring that he / she adheres to all hotel and company standards, Business conduct and ethics, policies and procedures including Health, Hygiene & Safety About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: A minimum of two years Concierge experience in a similar role in a luxury five star hotel environment.
