DubaiJob Descriptions (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) Looking for Senior Hostess (Brazil Cuisine) for a 5* pre-opening luxury hotel About the Role: As Senior Hostess (Brazil Cuisine), you are responsible to provide a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Responsibilities: Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner. Ensure knowledge of all products. Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues. Practice hotel Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation. Requirements: A good command of English and additional skills, like guest service and interpersonal are essentials. Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Excellent grooming standards Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations Ability to work on your own and as part of a team 1 years experience in similar positions and customer service is preferred Skills Required MICROS System Internet Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel) Compensation & Benefits Basic Salary: AED 2,000 monthly Accommodation: Provided Transport: Provided Annual Paid Leave: Provided Employment Visa: Provided Flight Tickets: Provided Medical Insurance: Provided
